Don’t forget, it’s important every once and a while to take a break from lifting weights. If you’re just getting started you can get away with going a bunch of weeks in a row, but I wouldn’t do more than 12 weeks straight before taking a break and giving your body a few extra days of recovery.
Once you’re ready to get started, we’ll be introducing some new concepts to your training regiment. These advanced tactics will help you burn more calories in less time, while also burning extra calories even after you’ve finished working out.
