I must say that this book was a God send of such. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire book from beginning to end. I created my pyramid as instructed in the book step by step, and practiced the simple excercises, and they work! I most definitely enjoy the rhineal energy excercise that lets you ask a question right before you go to sleep, and receive the answer in your dream. Using a very simple technique with your nose! Yes! Your nose! 😉 I do it all the time, and dream certain things on demand if I want. I’ve worked with dreams for as long as I can remember, Dream dictionaries etc. This just improves on my ability! so I really enjoy this particular technique. Although there are many more excercises within this book for different areas and subjects. Even a sacred hand posture or two. I highly recommend Geoff Gray Cobb’s Secrets Beyond the Pyramids book! Wish I was able to meet him to tell him just how attached I am to this this book. I want his acupineology book now!
