This book claims on the back cover that Yogi Bhajan’s “mastery in all realms is incomparable.†(Sounds like a Trump tweet LOL) And as you read the content, you will find instructions to meditate by staring at a picture of him looking directly at you. Those are just a couple of the many red flags you can find within books written by Yogi Bhajan! This is not a proper yoga manual, but a mixed bag of lies, half-truths, psuedo-Sikhism and some questionable “kundalini yoga†all woven together and written by an ego-maniac cult leader. Please research the corruption and allegations against Yogi Bhajan before welcoming his teachings into your life.
